Remember when there was music before cd's. If you don't, your are luckily NOT as old as me, lol I wrote a tutorial on how to do multi texturing with only 1 texture file. Not that most of the artists up here need it. :-). If you are interested, it is at:

It was originally created for uploading to VRML communities that only allow 1 texture file, but I thought it might be useful in other applications. And no, I don't work for 3DVIA or AC3D :-)
