Can you describe the issue with the texture? Is it something wrong with the original model or with the way it is displayed in 3DVIA?
Must be in the transfer to here. I went back and the original was OK. I am going to try a few things on my end.
under blitz basic this mesh have some bug
the wall are to small i think or i dont know
