I used green design elements including a green roof for storm run-off and thermal control. I used sustainable bamboo flooring through out. I used energy star appliances and duel flush toilets. A tankless water heater is used for heating water. I used FSC certified woods.Paperstone certified countertops are used in the kitchen. For fun I used 3Form panels. I also had solar panels but I had to strip my model down of many items to make my file smaller.
