Excellent model! Of course, I have no idea what it is, but the detail is excellent and encourages exploration.
My guess is that it is a storage/holding unit for all the windows to be installed in an industrial vehicle. Am I even close?

Hello and thank you! Industrial Cab creates cab enclosures for fork lifts and other industrial equipment. This peticular model is a shipping crate for an enclosure to go on a Nissan fork lift. The panel kit will completely enclose the forklift to be used outdoors and in bad weather. For some reason the model came in sideways, the cross member tubing structure should be on the bottom to allow for movement by a forklift.

You’re welcome – you did all the hard work! Thanks for telling us what it is, now it makes sense. If you have a website, feel free to put it in your description so we can all learn more about what you do.
The orientation problem is caused by the standard “z” axis in SolidWorks. When you publish to 3DVIA from within SolidWorks with SP2, the orientation is determined by your axis set-up in your file.

This blog helps explain the situation and how to fix it (and I just realized that I should put up a SW2009 template - although either the '07 or '08 template should save as an '09 file too): http://www.3dvia.com/blog/2008/06/25/how-to-import-solidworks-models-into-3dvia/
Let me know if you have any questions.
Congratulations IndustrialCab! Your model has been included in the 13th weekly Top 10 models blog with pictures and links to your model.
