Enjuaguese, You can reposition using the mouse scrolling wheel. Hold it down with your mouse cursor on where you want to be the bottom, and hold down the scroll wheel, and a wheel and blue cone will show up. On the wheel, press the button that says “Reposition” on the wheel. Hold it down and it will turn to where your mouse is. Press the “Save Settings” button (also on the wheel) and you are done.

Try resetting in IE. This does not work in firefox (I just figured you used IE, because someone told me that 98% of all users use IE).

well im one of the 2%, i use mozilla. but i guess ill try it in Opera

EDIT:
opera doesnt support 3dvia player lol, so ill try it on IE

I use Firefox almost exclusively now because it is so much faster than IE. Everything works fine in Firefox for me. In Opera the Player seems to work fine, but the model doesn’t show up. I’ve put in a message to Support.
