Nicely modeled DrSlumper! I like it! I thought about it for a minute and then remembered that Orange County Choppers did a bike for Snap-On (an American tool supplier) that also had stylized wrenches in the wheels.
If you go to this web site – http://www.orangecountychoppers.com/occ/onairtheme.html – and then go to the second screen showing different models, you can click on the Snap-On bike and see a bunch of views of it.
Yes I know it, (I talk about it on my blog where I published also my wheel http://thetrxproject.blogspot.com/2009/10/drslumper-my-first-wheel-desgn-tooler.html). Thanks for your comment again Dswavely.
Oops! You’re way ahead of me. :D
The rendering of the wheel/tire on your blog is very nicely done too! Rendering can take a lot of time until you get what you see in your head, but it’s usually worth it in the end.
saw your upload while modelling the TRX front rim! your rim appeals to me as something like a comment, humorous, nice work. What a low-racing profile it has, but why a car rim in the TRX project, i should find an answer in your blog. keep on.
Congratulations DrSlumper! Your model has been included in the 50th weekly Top 10 models blog with pictures and links to your model.
