Well, here is my beloved Borhog, posed proudly in its full spectrum of colors. You may have seen the “Lite” version, but I don’t think we’ll need it any more. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Borhog, maybe I can get the two of you better acquainted. The Borhog is obviously some form of an M12 Warthog from the ever-so-popular video game Halo. Why Bor? Because that is the Halo alias of my friend who inspired the whole thing. The original Borhog was drawn on looseleaf as a sort of military patch, like one for an armored or airborne division. It showed a technologically challenged Spartan tugging frantically on his plasma sword as a rather cartoonish warthog prepared to run him down (Bor never was very good with plasma swords). Over time, I brought the concept to new heights, first on real paper, then in digital 2D, then finally here as you see it in 3D. This happens to be patterned after the somewhat legendary Civilian Warthog, and it is my favorite of them all. I am very proud of it, and I hope that all of you enjoy it as much as I do. I encourage any of you who are interested to download and modify as you please, but be respectful to the model and be sure to GIVE CREDIT TO THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR (me). So go on, and sit behind the wheel. What’s mine is yours; have fun!

I apologize to first-time viewers for the noexistence of the wheels’ textures. As it says above, this model was created originay in Sketchup, and either this website or the file format does not seem to support the “shiny” texture originally used for the wheels. I hope that this does not affect the model if downloaded from 3dvia.
Nice model. I like the subtle touches such as the little American flag streamer. There are a few problems when your model is rendered in the 3DVIA player, however the original dae download should be intact as you uploaded it. I suggest trying out the kmz format which is also exportable from SketchUp because it tends to have better results on 3DVIA.
Welcome to the community! I’m excited to see more of your models…
