Description

*Take a closer look* - The Gen. II A series main battle tank of the G'un thyir mobilized military. Manufactured on contract with Dhalgell Armor Works of Halise, the Gen. II was designed almost specifically for the human conflict. It features four independantly sprung track bogies with a safe speed rating in excess of 70 mph on smooth ground. Fully independent suspension allows the Gen. II maximum traction over unstable or uneven turf, and is generally considered by soldiers who have faced it as not only a work of engineering, but a work of art. Its hull is unexpectedly built with a highly treated form of natural fiber akin to tree wood and is wrapped in several hardened protective layers as well as an energy-absorbent crystalline coating capable of diffusing blasts from most human energy weapons. It seats a skilled, albeit cramped crew of four - three in the turret with the driver laying prone in the hull. Of the three MPAFV generations, the Gen. II is a favorite among crews for being battle-worthy of course, but also for it's technological modesty, retaining a sense of the ancient G'un Thyir art of war. NOTE: UNFINISHED

Your idea of posing the model next to the concept art works well. I'd like to see the concept art for more models... It's interesting to see different people's workflows.

What file format did you upload for 3DVIA? KMZ or DAE?

That is cool. I like the detail of the textures on the interior.
